    Music Institute of Chicago - Summer 2024

    Sign up is due May 1

    Please sign up for at least six lessons this summer: 

    Lessons are in-person at the Winnetka campus and will be scheduled on:
    • Mondays from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.
    • Tuesdays from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.
    For each week, please indicate the lesson days and times you are available for a lesson. I will do my best to schedule within your availability. 
    No lessons from August 19 - September 2. If you are interested in lessons for your child during that time, then I recommend contacting Cloudia Huang (MIC Winnetka campus) as a teacher. You can reach her at [email protected] to inquire about her scheduling options. 
    Lesson sign ups are due May 1, 2024. A schedule draft will be sent to you before Memorial Day weekend to confirm your lesson dates and times.  Summer lessons need to be registered with MIC separately - this form is for my scheduling purposes only. Payment for the entire summer session must be made with MIC before the first scheduled lesson.
