Registration for Fall 2022 Musikgarten

Musikgarten classes are open to families with children ages newborn - 3 years old. An adult caregiver must accompany the child(ren) and participate in class activities.

Toddlers Tuition (includes materials): $238.25
Babies Tuition (includes materials): $226

Siblings (newborn-6 months) attend for free with older siblings in the Toddlers class.
Siblings (6-12 months) attending the Toddlers class: $97.50
Siblings (12-24 months) attending the Toddlers class: $195

An emailed invoice from "Wen Cello Studio" via Square will be sent to you upon receipt of the online registration form. Full payment must be received to hold your family's spot in the class. Families with invoices unpaid after 7 days relinquish their class spot.

Fee Policy: Families may withdraw after the first week if they decide that it is not a good fit for them. Tuition (minus the cost of family materials) will be refunded. No refunds after September 28.

Make Up Policy: There is one scheduled make up day: January 26. Fees for missed classes will not be refunded.

COVID-19 Liability Release Waiver
The World Health Organization has declared the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) a worldwide pandemic. Due to its capacity to transmit from person-to-person through respiratory droplets, the government has set recommendations and guidelines for gatherings of groups of people through social distancing, mask wearing, etc. I am doing all that I can to comply with current CDC regulations and to ensure your safety. Currently, masks are optional and proof of COVID-19 vaccinations are not required for participating adults and children.

By participating in Musikgarten classes, you agree to the following measures:

Respecting the right of my family or the other families in the class to wear or not to wear a mask.

By participating in Musikgarten classes, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

I (the parent) am aware of the existence of the risk of my and my child(ren)'s participation in classes at St. Michael's Episcopal Church that may cause injury or illness such as, but not limited to COVID-19.
I will inform Ms. Wen before class if I or my child(ren) experience any changes in my health or wellness or have come into contact with any risk of COVID-19.

Following the pronouncements above you hereby declare the following:

On behalf of myself and my child(ren), I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Julia Wen of and from all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to my participation in classes. I understand and agree that this release includes any claims based on actions, omissions, or negligence of Julia Wen, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any class.
