Class Dates

Thursdays from 5-5:45 pm at the Dancewerks studio (110 S Hager Ave, Barrington)

Aug 15 (make up week)

Class Fees (4 week minimum)

$15/class
$25/per sibling for the entire session
Referral Discount: Invite a family and if they register for classes, you'll both receive a $10 discount! (One per family.)
Optional: Purchase an instrument kit (2 scarves, 2 pairs of rhythm sticks, 2 jingles, set of finger cymbals, carry bag) for your child that loves to explore with his/her mouth - $18.35. Class instruments are available for general use.

An emailed invoice from "Wen Cello Studio" via Square will be sent to you upon receipt of the online registration form. Full payment must be received within one week of receiving the invoice to hold your family's spot in the class.

Fee Policy: Full Refunds available if you withdraw by May 31. No Refunds after the class session has started.

Family/Friends Policy: Have a family member or friend visiting from out of town? Adult visitors are welcome to participate! Drop-in students pay $20 at the door.

Make Up Policy: There is one scheduled make up week: August 15. If you don't need to make up a class, then you can attend the make up week for free! If you or your child are ill, please stay home for your child's own safety and the safety of others.

Minor Photo Release Form
I, the parent or legal guardian, grant Wen Cello Studio my permission to use any photographs or videos taken of my child(ren) during the class session for any legal use, including but not limited to: publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content. Furthermore, I understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.

COVID-19 Liability Release Waiver
The World Health Organization has declared the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) a worldwide pandemic. Due to its capacity to transmit from person-to-person through respiratory droplets, the government has set recommendations and guidelines for gatherings of groups of people through social distancing, mask wearing, etc. I am doing all that I can to comply with current regulations and to ensure your safety. Currently, masks are optional and proof of COVID-19 vaccinations are not required for participating adults and children.

By participating in Musikgarten classes, you agree to the following measures:

Respecting the right of my family or the other families in the class to wear or not to wear a mask.

By participating in Musikgarten classes, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

I (the parent) am aware of the existence of the risk of my and my child(ren)'s participation in classes at Dancewerks that may cause injury or illness such as, but not limited to COVID-19.
I will inform Ms. Wen before class if I or my child(ren) experience any changes in my health or wellness or have come into contact with any risk of COVID-19.

Following the pronouncements above you hereby declare the following:

On behalf of myself and my child(ren), I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Julia Wen of and from all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to my participation in classes. I understand and agree that this release includes any claims based on actions, omissions, or negligence of Julia Wen, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any class.

By signing below I acknowledge that I have read the foregoing Fee Policy, Make Up Policy, Class Policies, Photo Release Form and Liability Release Waiver and understand their contents.
